"TRAIN UP A CHILD IN THE WAY HE SHOULD GO, EVEN WHEN HE IS OLD HE WILL NOT DEPART FROM IT." - - PROVERBS 22:6
Is to provide children with a high-quality early education that meets the unique needs and development of each child. We strive to nurture each child’s curiosity, creativity, and desire for learning through a balanced curriculum of play activities and interactive learning experiences. We encourage our children to grow in their faith and reach their full potential at their own pace.
We are committed to providing a safe, secure, educational and inspirational environment that considers the well-being
of the children in their care above all else. The curriculum will be one of physical activity and mental stimulation that provides the staff an opportunity to always
be encouraging and uplifting to the children.
Our children are cared for by dedicated and experienced staff. Using compassion, patience and guidance, they make sure that every child finds a path to success.
Over 100 years of combined Early Education experience!

Being star-rated by Youngstar and Wisconsin's DCF means your child receives qualified teachers, quality curriculum, high safety standards, and superior care that leaves your mind at ease while you’re away.
Healthy meals prepared in-house, in compliance with state recommendations. Your child receives breakfast, lunch and snacks —included in their tuition—so they can stay energized and eager to learn all day long.
Your child never misses an opportunity to work their bodies and interact with friends by running, jumping, skipping, climbing, or crawling with our outdoor playground when the weather is nice. Including walks to local attractions, inlcuding the public pool, the local parks and public library, to name a few!
Family owned and operated from the Beginning. We value God's Word, family and relationships. We instill those beliefs in our staff and the children we care for.
Our teachers strive to provide a comforting, faith-based atmosphere for infants to closely match what they experience at home. Being exposed to music, language and creativity on a regular basis helps your baby’s body and mind work together while improving their socio-emotional and intellectual skills. Check in on your baby’s development every day! Teachers will keep you informed by sharing helpful photos and updates through the Procare® Connect app.
From Spanish to sign language, your little one will explore a variety of fun new experiences with us. These enrichment activities are integrated into our daily curriculum. Our loving teachers are passionate about early childhood education and receive professional development every years as the state requires. We provide age appropriate classrooms to guarantee individualized attention and nurturing as possible.
Your toddlers will be treated with kindness and respect as teachers help them learn the values of patience, sharing, caring and integrity. They will role model peer interactions and become better equipped to form healthy, meaningful relationships. We serve a complimentary breakfast, lunch and snack to your toddlers, and abide by the State requirements. Your little ones will get plenty of time to run, jump and play with their friends on our outdoor playgrounds.
By placing an emphasis on Christian beliefs and values, we’ll teach your preschoolers the importance of patience, caring, sharing and kindness. They’ll learn how to take responsibility for their own actions while building their self help skills. We host daily outdoor time on our age-appropriate playgrounds and take hikes to our local parks during the summer. We offer different enrichments throughout the week to change up your child’s daily curriculum. Fun activities including Spanish and sign language happen throughout the year.
We’re here to take care of your kids before school, after school, during school closings and throughout the summer and holidays. Our teachers will help students work through tricky projects and assignments. We offer a quiet space to be able to finish schoolwork before heading home for the day. As a faith-based center, manners and respect play a big role in our curriculum. Our teachers will help instill the values of kindness, integrity and empathy in them. Our before and after school program offers the convenience of safely picking up your kids from the public school districts and provides free transportation to our centers.
At In the Beginning Child Care & Learning Center, we uphold a set of core values that guide every aspect of our service and define who we are. These values are not just words on paper; they are the foundation upon which we build meaningful connections, provide exceptional care, and nurture the potential of every child entrusted to us.
The safety and well-being of every child are our top priorities. We maintain rigorous safety protocols and create secure environments where children can explore, learn, and grow with confidence.
We believe in the power of genuine connections. Our teachers and staff cultivate warm, trusting relationships with each child and family, fostering a sense of belonging and support.
Education is the key to unlocking a child's full potential. We are committed to providing high-quality, age-appropriate learning experiences that spark curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning.
Every child is unique and valued for who they are. We celebrate diversity in all its forms and strive to create inclusive environments where every child feels respected, accepted, and empowered to thrive.
We believe in the power of growth and learning. Through ongoing reflection, professional development, and feedback, we continuously strive to enhance our practices and elevate the quality of care we provide.
We strive to collaborate with families, communities and organizations to help strengthen the ability for us to meet the needs of the children we serve.
I saved our final core value, FUN, for last because this is the glue that holds all of our other core values together and keeps us happy and healthy. Fun creates a deeper bond between people. Fun lightens burdens and also creates memorable experiences. It moves us emotionally, it bonds us relationally, and it really is part of the foundation of who we are.
These core values serve as our compass, guiding our decisions, actions, and interactions every day. They reflect our unwavering commitment to creating a nurturing, enriching, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive. #ChildCare #CoreValues #NurturingFutureGenerations
In the Beginning Child Care & Learning Center has taken care of our daughter full-time since she was 12 weeks old. She is almost 3 years old now.
We have always had exceptional care from all of the staff and consider them family!
My husband and I have always been very pleased with the communication in all aspects of her care including upcoming events that she can participate in like holiday celebrations, parties, and photo day!
The mobile app is great tool between parents and staff to communicate real time updates such as naps, activities, and meals/snacks. We have a very picky eater, so knowing what she ate and how long she napped is very helpful so we can plan our evenings better. It is so wonderful to have this information!
We love getting the many projects and art work that she brings home. These are very special to me and I keep them ALL!!!
Our daughter has recently been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and is currently non-verbal, but starting to say a few words. We have had special requests such as having her drink out of specific sippi cups and making sure there is an alternate snack that we provide for her if needed as she often refuses food altogether. Knowing I can drop her off each day and she will be taken care of despite her not being able to communicate gives me a huge sense of relief. I know they pay extra attention to her body language and attitude to pick up on needs since she doesn't talk. Not being able to talk and communicate efficiently can cause great frustration on her part, and I am so very thankful they take the time to identify what it is she is needing to prevent stress when it is simple things, such as her wanting to take off a sweatshirt because she got too warm for example. We know our daughter is happy and enjoys attending. She gives hugs and hi-fives to her teachers.
My husband and I are impressed with the learning, activities, food options and cleanliness of the center and highly recommend. The staff plays a very vital role in her learning and development with the class activities and teaching, and encouraging interactions with other children who attend so she can continue to develop her social skills.
We are so very grateful for the caring staff at ITBCC and wanted to share our review and appreciation to all.
All My Best,
Deborah Nachtigal
In the Beginning - Boscobel, is literally the BEST daycare in our area! We had found a daycare in our previous city then moved and could not find a daycare. We were struggling and on many waiting lists. Morgan called me at work and I left work and started daycare the following Monday. On the first day I cried, I was scared to leave my daughter with some "strangers". Those strangers soon became "family", they know what my daughter enjoys and doesn't. They learned her routine and I cannot imagine life without them. We drive almost 40 minutes because we love their caring, tender care so much! Our daughter smiles at drop off, I can go to work knowing she's o.k. and if she isn't "feeling" herself they will contact me. The communication is wonderful. They also send photos often, which is my favorite part of the day. My daughter plays all day with her "friends"! We love ITBCC.LC! --The Martin's
